Cam Chain Guide

Postby canadianpatriot » Wed Jun 28, 2017 6:40 pm

Hey guys,

I recently discovered my cam chain guide is split in half! From side to side about half way down. I have been searching online for a new or used one but they appear to be a unicorn. Does anyone have a source for these?

Thanks, Brian

I know Vince and Hyde Racing makes them for the DOHC Hondas. They make make them for these bikes as well.

Send Brent an email at brentmopar@xtra.co.nz and ask. Report back here with what he says.

So, no response from the gentleman at Vince and Hyde racing, using the above provided email address.

I was lucky enough to find a cam chain guide (with cam chain tensioner) on Ebay and quickly secured that. As soon as it arrives I'll be back in business.

That's no good. At least you found what you needed.
